Track record.

Since 2010, we have been excelling at the intersection between technology, investment and science. Greenhouse Capital has provided strategy, insight and access to the capital necessary for some of the best and most disruptive tech companies in New Zealand to achieve their aspirations.

Transactions and finance.

We led a team of specialists to prepare the business for sale, negotiate valuation and confirm exit terms. The transaction was hugely successful, with a superior return of over $20m for our client.

Greenhouse Capital prioritised new technology and capex in ensuring long term benefits for this company.
