Duncan has 18 years experience in the New Zealand cleantech and environmental sector. As a CEO, director, board member and private investor, Duncan has developed a broad range of commercial, technical and managerial skills, focused on high-growth companies. Duncan has grown and sold award-winning green tech businesses and assisted the delivery of >$1bn of public and private infrastructure, including stormwater, wastewater and telecommunications networks, roads and airports.
Duncan is recognised as one of New Zealand’s experts in clean technologies and green economic growth. He is a regular invited lecturer, panelist, speaker and trusted business advisor to cleantech companies. Duncan is a director of software company CS-VUE, a board member of Drive Electric Incorporated, a director of Social & Media Limited, and former CEO of green growth business group Pure Advantage.
Dr Nigel Bradly – Director
Nigel is a natural resources, energy and marine specialist with 22 years experience in both the public and private sectors around the world. Strategy development and execution has become a particular focus in the past 15 years and includes leadership roles in multiple acquisitions, mergers, divestments, restructuring, capital raising, execution of a public-private partnership, and creation of new businesses in the energy, primary, environmental, tourism, and financial services sectors.
He has led the design, development and implementation of environmental management systems for multiple clients in the transport and tourism, energy and seafood sector over the past decade.
Richard McLean – Chairman
Richard has a 25-year track record of leading businesses with a particular focus on strategy, marketing and sales, and people. He has led business turnarounds, taking technology businesses from Australasia to new markets, winning major contracts and clients in Europe and the USA.
